General Information

Abstracts must be written in English and Serbian and must follow the instructions; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
The deadline for abstract submission is: 5 April 2026.
Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
The number of oral presentations is limited. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Abstracts should be submitted in Word (.doc or .docx) format and prepared according to the following instructions:

Font: Trebuchet MS
Font size: 11
Abstract title: maximum 200 characters (UPPER CASE)

Author and co-author information (maximum of 6 authors):

Full name and surname (underline the name of the presenting author)
Affiliation: institution, city, country

Abstract structure:

The abstract text should contain the following sections: INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE, METHODOLOGY, RESULTS, and CONCLUSION, and must not exceed 250 words in total.

Recommended word limits for each section:

Introduction and Objective: up to 40 words
Methodology: up to 60 words
Results: up to 120 words
Conclusion: up to 90 words

All accepted papers will be published in the abstract book without corrections, in the submitted form, therefore linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors.
